Today Friday July 2, 2021, Alabaster Heart Missions International Inc. visited Nova Vita Domestic Violence Prevention Service located at 59 North Park Street, Brantford, ON. Canada. We were so excited to meet Jessica Powless, who is the Special Event and Public Education Coordinator.
The mission of Nova Vita is to end interpersonal violence and abuse by supporting individuals and families who have experienced domestic violence, intimate partner violence, or gender-based violence through the provision of crisis intervention, emergency shelter, transitional support, children’s programs, and counselling; and by fostering accountability for those who harm through intervention, counselling, public education, and system advocacy.
Let us all support in our little way to bring a smile to the lives of our brethren who need our help.
